• Mail delivery and pick-up by the U.S. Post Office is at 2:00 p.m.

• U.P.S. nearest drop box: 115 W Columbia St Pick-up time is at 6:00 p.m. Corner of Lucerne Terrace & Columbia Street.

• FedEx drop box: 115 W Columbia St Pick-up time is at 6:00 p.m. Corner of Lucerne Terrace & Columbia Street.

• Location of nearest U.S. Post Office: 2860 Delaney Avenue, Orando, FL 32806. You must bring a copy of your lease to this office in order to be issued a postal box and key.

• Location of nearest U.S. Post Office drop box: Onsite

Arrangements should be made during your normal business office hours for special deliveries, certified mail, large packages, overnight deliveries, etc. Building Management is not responsible for delivery or distribution of tenant mail.
